Great Bell Table Lamp

Ordered a Bell Table Lamp. It arrived well-packed. The lamp looks fantastic on my side table. Good quality materials. Happy with my purchase.

Good quality, delivery could be faster

I ordered the Brew Coffee Set a few weeks ago. The quality of the set is excellent, really solid and looks great in my kitchen. The packaging was very secure, everything arrived in perfect condition. My only minor gripe was the delivery time; it took about 10 days to reach Seattle, which felt a bit long for an item of this size. Customer service was helpful when I inquired about the shipping status, but tracking updates weren't super detailed. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase and the value.

Absolutely love my Melt Pendant!

I just received my Melt Pendant and it's even more stunning in person! The light it casts is so unique and really transformed my living room. Installation was straightforward, which was a pleasant surprise for such a statement piece. I've been eyeing Tom Dixon for ages and finally took the plunge during the Summer Sale. So glad I did! I will definitely be shopping here again for more pieces to complete my home. Highly recommend this brand to anyone looking for something special!

What's the deal with returns if I buy a Fat Chair and it doesn't quite fit my space? Is it a nightmare?

N Neil 2 months ago

Returns were pretty straightforward for me, but it was for a smaller item. For furniture, you probably have to pay for return shipping which could be a lot.

R Rachel T. 2 months ago

I returned a table lamp once. They were good about it, but yeah, for a chair, definitely check their policy on large item returns first. It might not be free.

Are there any Tom Dixon outlet stores in the US, or is it just online for deals?

S Sophie 3 months ago

I don't think they have physical outlets in the US. All the outlet/clearance stuff I've seen is on their website.

C Colin 3 months ago

Yeah, I've only seen ex-display or clearance sales directly on their main site. No dedicated outlet shops, afaik.

Does signing up for their newsletter get you a discount code? Trying to snag a Beat Light.

B Brett 2 months ago

Sometimes they do a first-order discount for signing up, but it's not always active. Worth a shot though!

C Chris 2 months ago

I got a small percentage off when I signed up a while back, but it's not a regular thing. They mostly do site-wide sales instead of individual codes.

Are the Melt Pendants genuinely dimmable? I've seen some lights that claim it but then flicker or buzz.

T Todd Okafor 3 months ago

Mine's dimmable, no issues at all. Just make sure you use a compatible dimmer switch, that's key.

A Alex W. 3 months ago

Yeah, they are. I have a couple and they dim smoothly with my Lutron system. No flicker.

I'm an interior designer, do they have any special discounts for trade professionals?

A Amber Whitfield 2 months ago

Yeah, they totally do! I signed up for their trade program, you get a decent discount, totally worth it.

M Mark Kim 2 months ago

Yup, just go to their site and look for the 'Trade' section. You'll need to provide some credentials but it's a solid perk.
